How's the pilot 11 on 4 off working in kansas

Curious as to the details of the pilot program they say they have going on in Kansas 11 days on 4 days off .is it good bad or what .

11/4 or 4/3 all depends on the pool miles in your area...

Pools that have 'basic day' miles would probably embrace an 11/4, whereas a 4/3 might be perfect for a 250-300 mile pool.

There are no cookie cutter solutions because there are no cookie cutter questions.

9 starts a half on a self protecting pool with zero claims would equate to a 30 to 35% reduction of income on the te&y side. I guess you could live on that if you let stranger's raise your kids, had your wife divorce you moved into an apartment with roommates to cover the cost of child support and alimony.

Proposing 11-4 at my location and we’re dreading it. Add self supporting pools to the mix it’s going to be a nightmare. Figure on getting beat up bad for 11 days. Not sure how making this place even worse is going to attract and retain new employees. 4 and 3 sounds like heaven.
