Haven't seen any postings for awhile. Wondering how things are now at RJ. I was one of the lucky ones that left on my own terms after the big layoff 2 years ago. Hoping all that are still at RJ are mostly thinking of themselves since RJ management only thinks of their bonuses. I was in IT. Is it still a crisis of the day type of atmosphere?

Vin and Andy are both narcissistic control freaks. Look at all the resignations, you are either in the old school UBS boys club or you are not.
I was around when Tom James and Tim Eitel were still very much involved in things. I left many years ago but have stayed in touch with a few in IT. Sad to hear all the stories of what is occurring in that area. Some day the current batch of executives will get their just rewards.
Andy Zolper is the core reason for high turnover and backstabbing. He is a narcissistic control freak and sets up a true good ol' boy, ex-military hierarchy.
Im still there, basically no one in IT has to come into the office anymore and its so much more laid back. I was able to find another remote job and I do the bare minimum at both and I make DOUBLE the salary. I only attend zoom meetings when I have to and answer emails every onnce in awhile.
Everyday is a crisis of systems going down and resignations. IT is a revolving door of people, yet the UBS te------ts Bella, Vin and Andy are still here. I hear that FAs are furious with us in IT.
I was only at RJ for a year. Left shortly after the big layoffs. Even though we were working from home and did many, many Zoom meetings for nearly everything there was a tension that never let up. I gave up on trying to make connections with peers and just did what I was told to do during my work shift. I heard that in the old days RJ was a family friendly place to work but I saw or sensed none of it. Glad I left.
