Thread regarding SAP layoffs

So many slackers

It is unbelievable how many lazy people this company employs who hardly do anything. I wouldn't care about that at all if those same slackers weren't valued more than hard working people.

My impression is that the least productive ones here are somehow also the most protected, but I don't know why and for how long things will stay that way?

All the useless meetings to talk about the same stuff we talked about yesterday, exorbitant time spent on PowerPoint decks super productive I’d say.

One of my colleagues transferred to a global account director role 2 years ago. Mainly works from home. If he works 12 hours a week it’s a BUSY week for him. Nice gig if you can get it 😂

Slackers? Does SAP pay to post this cr-p on websites like this?

Work is trading Time for wages. Nothing more. Keep interested in one’s own work, but not others work. No need for gossip or bitterness.
