No work-life balance here. I've became a bitter and tired old man. If I had any other option, I would leave immediately because this company is literally draining people. I believe that most employees are still here only for the reason that they have not yet received a better opportunity.

Better leave now then. After peak layoffs are coming along with a huge shift in culture. This will impact all opcos. you won’t see another buyout. If you have an exit plan you’re good.
