No engineer wants to or should certify for a mega company. Compliance/privacy is essential to all companies let alone one like Tweeter. Big problem for Elon as the FTC is now watching closely after this news and the existing Consent Order (which you don't breach). Can't just 'wing' it. Too bad he had to sell his Tesla shares - poor guy.

self certification is normal in virtually every other trade, why should it be any different for the soyboys?
