Well now I'm feeling kind of shafted. Gave 17 years US 24 hour round the clock on call. H - $110k

US upstream - H, 9 years, $171k base
US G upstream 25 years 235k , not including bonus
US 6 years-level G-$175k excluding bonus
US upstream, Grade G, 20 yrs exp, $205 base
US upstream, Grade G, 20 yrs exp, $210 base
US, E, 20 years exp, 350 not including bonus
UK G - 16yrs exp £89.5k
@4cne, I've always heard that there was a large difference in salary between the US and UK...but dang!
UK G, £87k base, 13 years exp
US G - Upstream. 21 years. $230k
If you want to know, ask your manager and they can tell you where in your grade you are, percentage-wise. Also keep in mind that the top 1/3 overlap the bottom 1/3 of the grade above in terms of salary. (At least that was the case pre-reinvent)
US G, 16 years experience. $220k not including bonus.
US H Upstream. 8 years experience. 140k base
