M1,M2 and D1 don’t know anything as of yesterday, likely D2 either.
It sounds like VPs will take all the decisions then communicate it to their reports (this week?)

My manager has left me on read and won't respond to any of my messages.

I work at Snap. Our front line mgrs had no clue.
This kind of information typically reaches front-line managers a day before it reaches you. Two days from now, it'll be at the middle manager level. Prior to that, only vice presidents and above will be allowed.
