I am a customer – I sell a niche product and I advertise on facebook - It’s so hard to advertise on facebook, the tools are slow, too many clicks, ROI is fuzzy. Many folks including me are being banned for no reason, no explanation given – I spend in many tens of thousands of dollars a year.
So, I really want to throw money your way but you guys just seem not to care.
So much hubris on your side. Gaslighting, no response to any email. Cannot talk to anyone. I am kosher 1000% and still there's a ban that cripled my business. And I'd still throw close to $100K on ads if you were to let me.
This is rampant with facebook, the company does not care, the employees are selfcentered - customer service does not exist.
Today this is getting reconciled.
