It’s like family at Dell.I don’t think our managers would just send an email. It’s going to be based on performance. That is what is happening.
Just work on making Dell a better place and it will work out.

I think that in the meetings I will start using the words "labor" and "union" and "NLRB" and "collective bargaining"....maybe the algorithm will pick up on it and start the process early.
I have been with Dell for nearly 30 yrs total. For the past 6 yrs I have been done with it all. There has been a toll on me that's made me want to not want any assocation with tech other than to watch TV. I've been trying to get RIF'd for years, not doing my work, asking my manager to be added to whatever list I need to be on, he got layed off a few years ago. I have to much time in to walk away without a severance package but want out so bad.
test
I dont mind getting an email to tell me I am out. As long as the package is OK I really couldn't care how I am told.
Would prefer my manager didn't have to go through the whole saga of firing myself and my colleagues.
I mean they put these middle managers through this stuff and then they get fired once they have done all the dirty work.
An email is perfect for me thanks!
so you were accidently hired?
Worse company ever worked for…… wasn’t by choice!
It's not April 1.
A dysfunctional family.
All CEO's ,Management,Remote Workers, HR, should be aware that they will get a tweet or email if they have to be fired from an AI Clever bot i.e. Parag Agrawal -Michael Dell.
Either a new hire or HR posted this. Absolutely nobody else
You haven’t been around Dell very long if you actually think this. Empire building and in-clubs run rampant. It’s likely lower performers will be targeted, but also the later career expensive folks and those not connected to the right VP or initiative, regardless of performance.
Who the heck posted this? Dell marketing?
Lmao @ the post about “Dell is family” so niave…
Nice try at the gaslighting.
F is for Family.
