Thoughts from the other side. I can't believe I once sat through ERG Zoom calls with leaders dressed in drag performing as DJs and everyone pretended to enjoy it.
DELL is very clever. If an employee is honest on the survey about Not recommending DELL as a good place to work, your GOOD Manager loses his bonus. Therefore employees cannot say DELL is a bad place to work. It's a very unhealthy frustrating job in my seat. But a lot of companies run similar today.

only if I've known Dell under paid me earlier. Part of those extra money they've saved went toward Inspired Rewards. It's like taking money from you to buy cheap candies, and you don't even get it unless you suck it up.
