Zuck's original plan is to layoff 15-20% employees in short term, today 13% (11k) have been impacted, my source who is not impacted said the next round of layoff at Meta is next Wednesday and could range from 2-5%. That is what currently is planned, but it might change due to public outcry, etc. For long term vision, they will reduce the overall headcount until late 2023 through various means like PIP, natural attrition, small scale layoffs, etc. More info will be shared during the call today.
