They focus on secondary matters

I can't help but notice how the leadership deals with some secondary issues while those that are really important are swept under the rug. Sometimes it looks like they are not able to communicate clearly and directly about the most important matters. It's frustrating.

Aberdeen was a horrible office. The worst people you ever come across. Only values were dishonesty and backstabbing. No surprise to anyone they lost all their work. Glad to leave that sxxxhole.
