I can't help but notice how the leadership deals with some secondary issues while those that are really important are swept under the rug. Sometimes it looks like they are not able to communicate clearly and directly about the most important matters. It's frustrating.

It's apparent they don't focus on making money
Aberdeen was a horrible office. The worst people you ever come across. Only values were dishonesty and backstabbing. No surprise to anyone they lost all their work. Glad to leave that sxxxhole.
Scotland has been disaster ever since One baker. Inexperience was everywhere and fxxx ups all over the place.
Pulling out of Scotland because of tax reasons, been on the cards for some time now, good luck to you all in the future
