Phillips 66 (PSX) on Tuesday reported third-quarter earnings of $5.39 billion.
Two companies with multi-billion dollar earnings, and they still can't afford to replace/modernize the escalators leading up to the cafeteria....
Also whatever happened to the "COP out" we can only afford stairs project?
