Thread regarding Commscope Inc. layoffs

They don't even bother to prioritize things

It's really frustrating when you work for a hands-off manager that doesn't establish any clear goals. The stress is enormous because managers do not know (or do not want to) set priorities. I am overwhelmed with work, but everything is urgent to my manager. I can only assume that others are in that situation too?

Seems across the board feeling.
Less people,more work.even to point doing work of other departments i.e. procurement (who??) No clear paths to improve career wise despite how it is painted. Even planned projects ,seem to be chaotic and not well communicated to wider commscope employees in timely fashion which adds to the stress to those left to pick up the pieces.
