yep i was one of them. replaced by India programmer making way less. Race to the bottom.
Looks like they also laid off people less than 50 years of age. Basically people with less than 2 yrs in Quest.
Not surprised - they do all the time unfortunately. The organization preaches unity, working together for the customer, collaboration for better health care outcomes, blah blah etc. but far from it and in the end, managers will keep their jobs but not actual workers like IT support; they'll ship their work to contractors who they don't have to pay benefits or move work out the US to foreign IT shops where it's cheaper.
