An alternative to cutting employees

Perhaps instead of cutting employees ( or cutting minimum amount of employees) and their benefits in the upcoming severe recession, they should cut employee pay or employee working hours. This way people can still keep their health benefits and still get paid enough to pay the bills during these inflationary times. Or perhaps offer a voluntary retirement package. - @gbl+1jA7WEr5.

It surprises me how many people agree with the author of this blog. I definitely don't.

Its an easy way to lose people, cut salaries by 10% across the company, cut benefits.

Staff will quit themselves

You will lose the wrong people.

Why don't we (Zuck) cut all the H1b people??
