For the IT department, is horrible.
At the IT all hands management brought a random BU to present for most of the meeting. Then, proceeded to answer-ish very few questions.
Further, some questions in the chat where moderated and hidden.
Yes, THAT BAD.
It seems any concerns raised are ignored by simply saying reach out to your manager. Are leadership unaware of the directives that are been issued to IT by themselves.
Its same concerns that keep arising.
