The ops lead that 'tried' to jump ship is a fool and should have gone to FMC
I have it on good authority that 1 of the che road ops lead tried to jump ship to FMC but were offered a bumper pay increase to stay, this is before they got the big salary uplift during the consultation. Looking after the guys who've run the place into the ground while the rest suffer....

Just go out and get one or two, or maybe three to be on the safe side. It’s as easy as that, anyone can do that job, all you do is press a few buttons, anyone can do it.

It won’t matter if or when the place is bought over. It won’t change, as it’ll still be the same bunch of clowns running the show. No wonder nobody from management ever leave, no other company would employ them.

Don’t you know, fitters, machinists, welders, planners, engineers, project managers etc are ten a penny. However many you need you just go out and get them, they are literally ba----g the door down to get in here. This is how management think, however, reality is somewhat different.
