@cxkb nothing wrong with focusing on supplier diversity; IF, it is a level playing field (i.e., excellent product supplied by best suppliers on a timely basis).
Otherwise, it will just be another tihs (spelled backwards) show like already experienced with the diversity of thought when all the meanorities and shemales were hired or promoted over the past few years!
Every all hands meeting is a joke. The topper this time was the new focus on supplier diversity. Just what the company needs to do; prioritize vendors based on if they're not white and not male instead of if they deliver a quality product on time. Just when you thought Baker couldn't sink further they start digging a ho-e in the bottom of the sea floor.

Lots of DIE talk, including suppliers, but nothing about actually getting parts we need.
