- There are still better options
- My colleagues are being unjustly cut
- I don't want to do triple workloads for the same pay
- Work-life balance (work is essential but enjoying free time and taking care of health is priceless)

Please provide the evidence that your colleagues are being unjustly cut. I would love to see that. If what you actually mean is companies can’t cut people even if they aren’t critical to the necessary core function of the company, you are going to be very disappointed over your career.
Can you guys ever stop virtue signaling? Enjoy unemployment as you’ll never get such an easy job again.
