If we were to do an analysis of why people have been leaving GA recently, I believe that pay would be the most common reason. However, I personally know people who left and accepted even a smaller pay, just so they wouldn't be here anymore.
If GA can't make sure that it adequately compensates its employees, why doesn't it at least fix some other things that cause people to leave? Why keep a manager who is causing star employees to leave, who are not so easy to replace?

GA pays we’ll. I get paid more at GA and work less than I do with my current employer now. This is part of the reason why I would like to return to GA.
