I was one of the silent layoffs. Came out of nowhere as I was top performing.
This has happened to several of my teammates. People who have given their heart and soul to this company, who missed their kids' birthdays sometimes to make sure things got done have been kicked out unceremoniously. It's a shame and a lesson to the rest of us who are still here.
