I’m hearing rumors about layoffs coming soon. Does anyone know what the severance looks like? How much notice will we get? Trying to decide if I leave now or wait for the package. TIA

Two weeks is right but you get 60 days from notification to termination.
Its 2 weeks for every year and you get 30 days notice on termination date.
