What a shame. Giant Eagle/Getgo is so desperate to fill salary leader positions they are paying new hire more money then what current and long time salary employees are being paid. How horrible that is. The company once again treats the current and long time employees like garbage again.

WAIT! I only got 1.5%. Disgusting Knowing Giant Eagle does over 9 billion in sales a year.
Giant Eagle no longer cares about current employees. In order to do that it would cost money. The new motto going around the corporate office when it comes to current employees is “What have then done for us lately”
