toxicity permeates every corner of the company, this is a symptom of the leadership style. K's blind arrogance (something he was fired for before and said he had learnt from...) and the narcissistic leadership culture he promotes is a cancer that needs to be cut - Many that have risen to S level during his tenure need to go so the company can recover. Many M1s also learn this behavior is needed to get to the next level.
Only when all the tumors are excised can we recover and rehabilitate. Leave one and the rot will continue. The good news is, it can be done! Believe this once great company will be great again! We all in control of how we react, we can cut the toxicity from the bottom up, dont quietly accept narcississtic leadership, chase them out... AND DON'T REWARD BAD LEADERSHIP WITH A PAY OFF AND GOOD REFERENCES.

the dane made poor choices and we are still going to be stuck with them. an arrogant bully running supply chain and tech, an incompetent banker running HR, an ego maniac goes from running a 400m business all retail is given the keys to a 5 billion business and he has no idea what he's doing, the list goes on. I say the rot will continue.
