For a bit of balance. I've worked for TIBCO for over 10 years, so both pre and post Vista.
When Vista took over there was a bit of reorganization, but much less than we expected. And to be honest, most things made sense. During the Vista years it was good, the CEO really fostered a feeling of family and teamwork. It didn't work, because 1) we needed more investment in the products, 2) the people making the decisions (product) were the same blinkered individuals that routed the money we did have to their pet projects.
This is COMPLETELY different, the heart and soul have been ripped out, and everyone is waiting for the tap on the shoulder.
This is not Vista ... This is how TK has learnt how to make lots of money for himself and his new PE masters at Broadcom (I also think this comes from Elliot) ... But he won't because he's kept the same people, who've been making the bad decisions for years
At this stage i'll almost be glad if (when?) i get the call
