Seasonals getting paid $17-$18 an hour

Macy’s paying seasonals $17-$18 an hour and here I am getting paid $16 an hour. Worst company ever.

You are a delusional do nothing executive prolly. Credit pay out is FOR EVERYONE including seasonals. And it is $2 Macys money LOL and you are seriously gonna count that? It’s messed up when the seasonals are getting paid $2-$3 more than a tenured employee.

And they aren’t getting benefits….stop complaining and leave. Base comp isn’t total compensation for based colleagues…health, PTG, PTO / Holidays, Credit pay out etc.

Seasonal only get based pay.

Not surprising.

At my old store during Holiday '21, the workers from the temp agency were making $18/ hr. And you know Macy's was paying even more than that because they also had to pay agency fees.

There are so many open retail jobs, most of which pay more than Macy's. Why anyone sticks around that company is beyond me.
