They offered us a 4 day work week with set days or keep your 5 day shift with a rotation with one weekend off a month . Now they say there is no rotation for the full time 5 day a week associates and the 4 days a week kept there's. My scheduled days are all over the place in other depts. There ft is still on rotation. Is that fair?

It's their classic shell game. Just quit and work a normal shift at a normal job elsewhere.
If you do the four days on That does not mean your days off have to be consecutive look at the fine print
