This has been exhaustively explored repeatedly, as you are well aware.
There may have been a coincidental realignment at around the same time this purported Project Brady was supposed to happen. That's easy enough to acknowledge, but falls short of proving that Project Brady happened.
It is sort of like saying any vast conspiracy relies on the sun rising tomorrow. The fact that the sun rose in the east doesn't prove the conspiracy.
The history of Project Brady on this forum speaks for itself. Only a desperate troll clings to the idea that there is a path forward for gaining mindshare for Project Brady. This is an absurd proposition. Just give up already for pete's sakes.
If it is so ridiculous please explain why the regions and districts all changed with new store counts (including targets) incorporated into each district that was effective in July of 2021.
There was no misinterpretation. Project Brady was presented as a major realignment between CVS and Target. It was never presented as a merger, not was it interpreted in that way.

Whoever the troll is saying that project Brady never happened misinterpreted what the project was. It was a realignment of the core CVS districts with the CVS in target districts - which most certainly did happen.
It was not, nor was it presented here, as a MERGER between CVS and target.
Both project Patriot (2018) and project Brady (2021) are essentially being rolled back with the 2023 realignment.

Project Brady claimed to be a large reorganization between two publicly traded companies in 2021 (and was called out as bullsh-t from day 1). So yes, some mention in an annual report is expected.
Project Penguin, as it stands... Well, no claims have been made. But it certainly didn't happen in 2021, so regardless of what it is, it wouldn't be in the annual report even if it would be in next year's report.

Project penguin is not a real thing. Search CVS SEC filings it would have to be disclosed there. You people with your fake projects (first Brady, now Penguin) need to stop LARPing
March...that's when I'm going down to Chile to check on the king penguin colony & then over to tierra del fuego Argentina to check on chin strap & rock hopper penguins to decide which are the best for this project. More dollars saved with less fuel used don't have to go to Antartica to pick these little suckers up!! And yes they r going to Providence

As you all know payroll has been a problem for CVS for a very long time.
These two amazing leaders brainstormed for hours until they came up with a plan that will save the company millions.
In their quest to find cheep labor, they decided to use Larry Merlo’s yacht to migrate penguins from Antarctica to Boston. From there, they will be bused to the distribution center in Woonsocket where after some HR processing, they will move into various distribution centers throughout the country. They will be shipped in your regular warehouse delivery in Repack boxes with some fish and dry ice to keep them cold. The repack box will also contain instructions for the store manager with info on how to ensure proper on boarding general care and training to get the most out of your penguin. Some really special penguins will be able to cross train into pharmacy. If you received one of these, you’re really lucky.
High volume store will receive one penguin. Medium volume stores will receive three, and low volume will receive five. The only downfall is you will lose 20 hours of payroll for every penguin you receive. You can more than make that up with the amount of CarePass they sell witch from what I am hearing penguins are really good at. Take care of your penguin and they will take care of you.
