That’ll be interesting as Citi is not very competitive on salary. I have some friends who are very much qualified to work at Citi but their initial hire on salary where they are at now is 35K more than Citi’s offer along with a 10K hiring bonus.
Company A offer: 110 K + 10K bonus. 4 weeks vacation.
Company B offer: 75K (no bonus) 3 weeks vacation.
Hmmm….lemme think…..hmmm….gee that’s a tough one Bob, I just dunno.
