I’ve know for a long time how toxic the environment at this company is but could never understand what exactly what it was about that. Today, i think i understand. The place is run like an authoritarian dictatorship. Ive always noticed that most of those above, are just full of themselves, on the edge of angry. I mean, you make a suggestion and the next thing you know, your having a convo with your manager cause of a simple suggestion. Its insanity..
I have now come to the conclusion, gonna winter thru, then after new years, gonna sale the house and quit. NOV is bad for a persons mental health.

I suggested an idea once, and nobody said anything.
The next day the manager had a dream about the same idea.
Then everyone was so excited to implement the idea I spoke about the previous day.
The management even have the ability to steal your ideas in their sleep.
It took me 12 years to realize this as well. It got really bad under the svp in manufacturing. Pretexts his security for the bad decisions he’s made. Still don’t know why great people work for egos like that.
