SBO's VP mentioned in his all hands that TK's RTO plan isn't due to data driven policies, it's his personal belief that working from the office makes you more successful. It was ridiculous hearing that.
Very clear to me that this is what is happening. I am in a role where I have been involved (downstream) and have resisted / protested. As have others. Only one person piloting this plane.
No surprise there. Just a couple of a------s talking about how much they'd love to get rid of those pesky employees and their salaries. Just like the CSG ELT. They're all the same.
