Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Is anybody here who was laid off and got a serverance? How was it calculated?

Typically it's a month's salary for each year of employment so curious to know what was offered.

It depends from the country and your age. Germany as an example you have got 1,5 months salary per year.

And stock vesting? Anyone have a guess? What about the shares vesting in just 6-8 months? When it was Citrix, I could see them early vest those. But under the new Sh!trix, or CSG, well.... who knows?

I was let go last year. The initial weeks, 10, 12, 14 and I believe 16 was based on where you fell in a range based on base salary. Then you were given 2 weeks for every year of service capped at 15. Not sure what the formula for Directors and above was since I was not a Director. Not sure if that is the same formula being used now. Hope this helps.

Back in the day, each level was different in terms of the base amount. For VP it was 13 weeks+ 2 weeks for each full year. Director is 6-8 weeks, etc. down the line

I think it's typically been 6-8 weeks plus 2 weeks foe every year, but it is capped at maybe 6-9 months maximum.
