I am in a dilemma whether it would be a smart move after many years at Adidas.

I was with adi for over 15 years and quit in the middle of this year ... I'm only looking at smaller companies where the knowledge and experience I have will be valued and actioned. I'm done with having to go through 8 layers of approvals for someone to put their own opinion over what we are hearing and seeing from consumers and athletes
