That's how my team found out we have to try to beg others to give us jobs in other business units....
These guys are not just making a living ruining peoples lives as you stated, they are billionaires who are taking advantage of the lack of regulations to make billions while destroying the lives of the working class. Welcome to capitalism at its worse. It’s funny to hear directors and VP defend the indefensible. May they reap what they have sown. Citrix is the modern day Enron.
Uhm…..“While I doubt you were …..someone important enough” - So we know new leadership is monitoring this. Uhm hey, when those Org charts clearly state what those newly named “leaders” are in charge of and entire teams of people are not mentioned, it’s pretty obvious. Jesus, anyone else shaking their heads at how subpar intellect the new leadership is? Do they not realize Citrix and Tibco are technology companies and their employees are you know, not id--ts? Must be nice to make a living destroying successful companies right before the Holidays and bonus time. But hey, don’t worry because all of us old timers have excellent relationships in the industry, with our partners and customers. They will be as furious about what new leadership is doing to Citrix as we are - so congrats on this epic failure new leadership. You threw gasoline, lit a match and sank the boat.
Not to mention they have made it clear based on those slides that all Commercial and SMB leadership, sales and sales engineers are out. But hey, like the new CEO so humbly stated “You’ll know by November if you have a job or not”. LOL - What a crude ahole. Citrix culture is DEAD and gone.
While I doubt you're genuinely posting on this board as someone who was important enough to be on the leadership slide: I'm still curious who you are larping as. Some Sr director or VP somewhere?
