BH takes advantage of that, because they know very well that only those who can't find anything better are still here.
My thinking is, ok, I'll work that overtime, but I'll definitely manage to find a new job in the end. However, this company will need much longer to find someone to replace me and work as hard as I did.

My philosophy has always been if hou don’t like it F off somewhere else but if you choose to put up with it don’t F’n moan about it. It’s worked for me for a long time.

Managers need to understand that we are not lucky to have a job with Baker, rather that Baker is lucky that I'm working for them. Ultimately, we have the choice to work for a particular company. As the post's implies, no one will out work me.
