Those who were laid off, have you started looking yet? How is the job market looking right now? Are there enough openings available? I managed to dodge the bullet this time but I'm thinking that it won't be for long. The next round might not happen this year but it'll happen soon enough.

Bad and getting worse. Most companies have a freeze on hiring whether it is public or not and a fair share are looking to cut back in the near future. Lose your job now and you will find yourself in trouble.
