Your rights as an actual human being are less than the rights as a corporation so this would be somewhat futile in today's world. Unless you like making lawyers rich. And I despise most of them as much as corporations

What’s the lawsuit regarding? Being acquired? Happens every day…
Law firms are calling around to see if they can muster a group to take the PE or Citrix to court. If you employed, this may be an option for you. If you signed a severance agreement, you are likely restricted. While it would be fun to see what spills into the open, your personal situation is likely not going to allow you to do this easily unless you are deposed by the govt.
