Great purge ?

Just wondering if you still have the severance pay if you got fired after the company "supports" you to become better during this quite layoffs? Any experience can be shared?

How much the package depends on your level and maybe your negotiation, unless there is something public.

Yes not both. PIP gives you a bit more time to be under employment and also you will be eligible for unemployment benefit. Package is one time up front pay and you will not be able to claim unemployment benefit since you resign for the package.

I had a colleague who had the option to go on PIP (and “get support”) or take a severance. Not both.
