As someone who really loved working here, I feel bad when I see how much this leadership is hurting the company. Unfortunately, I am afraid that this damage is irreparable.
When you compare Adidas today and our main competitors, is it possible to say that this company is better than its direct competitors in any one segment? I don't think so.

We seem to share many of the same challenges…poor morale, exodus of senior leaders, over-reliance on consultants, inventory issues, stock price declines, etc.
Despite the uncomfortable situation we have internally, the industry has some systemic issues that are really hurting us. Smaller brands are much better positioned right now, but that’s probably ONLY because they are more agile. adidas simply cannot do anything fast.
