The RTO is a strategy they are using to force people to quit and avoid paying severence. This strategy was also used by Tesla, Yahoo and others.

  1. I need Field Sales to be customer facing but no travel unless pre approved, so return to the office!
  2. No PTO, No Thank you days. Just return to the office!

5 Our culture is Diversity, I have legal managing this, Sales, Support, TAMs, HR, BUs are being more diverse in Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad. That is where our leader is based, no leaders in region. Return to the office in India.

@oor+1j20U9i3: TK or Vista? Does PE play a role in the execution? Do they oversee the cost-cutting strategy, or can we blame the ELT alone?
