Heard from several people that received notice of reductions in IT today. Don't know the total number.

I understand that it’s unlucky to be laid off. But these people will probably land another IT job somewhere else that is better than Nordstom. Their skill are always needed. Wish you guys the best.
What about the CTO? Forced out?
Where can I download a full list of those affected?
Maybe this person only knows of that are in the same age group as them. Getting laid sucks - I know from experience. They may be going through a very difficult time, so being rude to them on top of that surely doesn't help. Be polite or go back to drinking the Nordstrom kool aid.

Come on how old are these people that got laid off? I had no idea Nordstrom discriminates employees and oppose transparency.
The Nordstrom brothers are old. Perhaps they need to be replaced as well.
I have heard from several people as well. Not sure of how many, but over 100. And, as usual, older people. Nordstrom has no use for older employees.
