So far, I have sent a bunch of resumes and I still haven't received a good offer. It seems that it is much more difficult to get a new job now. I'm thinking of applying to a smaller company, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea because it also has its cons. Anyone else who has gone or is thinking about going to a startup?
