Did everyone get an email from HR telling them to take all remaining PTO days by end of year? Hoping that wasn't just my team..
Also, I've been a remote employee and now live in a state without an office nearby. I know that they are reevaluating "remote" employees, but I just found out that if I don't/can't go in to the office and they have deemed that my job must be done in office that they can fire me without severance. Is that true? I think that's part of Florida being an "at will" state. This whole time I was thinking that they would just fire me for not going in -- but I thought that they would pay me severance. I no longer think that's true.
