A lot of Union gas people on this forum and everywhere else now
As long as its union spectra it's all good,
try to be more inclusive with the former enbridge people as well, change your mindsets and be more accepting of all employees

I hope Greg leads with his past Union/Spectra attitude and culture not the poison Enbridge culture

Met him a couple times while I was employed at Spectra. As others have noted, he's personable and decent as far as CEO types go.

"Another useless white collar"

What color of collar were you looking for? If it were anything but white I'd sell my stock immediately.

A CEO has to be a businessman first.

Monaco's time was marked by brutal layoffs despite billion-dollar profits. He drove the corporate culture down to the pits. Mediocrity was favored instead of merit. He failed to exceed the accomplishments of his predecessor. This is what happens when all you do is write on paper rather than getting a feel of what is happening on the ground. While I am no longer with Enbridge, I still have attachment to it having worked there 16 years. I know the difference between before and during Monaco.

Greg was great with Spectra Energy. It was obvious right away when the AM regime took over that we were in for a culture change that was not for the good, to say the least. Things went downhill fast.
Hopefully Greg will be a positive change. I think he will be.

Greg is an awesome guy. I'm sure he will do an incredible job leading Enbridge. It's time for new leadership. Happy retirement Al.

Former CEO of Spectra, has a tough job ahead trying to fix the culture in this place. Was a great CEO at Spectra, well liked, respected and very approachable.
