Under the umbrella that I’m under, the VOE participation was the lowest I’ve ever seen in 12 years. No, I’m not going to tell you which part of the company and am commenting no further on this point.

There are good managers and there are bad managers. A friend of mine had a bad manager that was a real jerk. My friend worked really hard, made himself not only valuable but also irreplaceable.

He just turned in his notice as he’s leaving to go to another company for more $.
It seems as if managing people out of fear and brow beating did not work in this case.

I think if Citi was really on board with embracing transgenders, they’d assist in paying for any transitional surgeries and or support costs.

Families don’t let people go during bad times.
Families don’t monitor each other’s performance.

Citi hires smart people and they tries to convince them that an online electronic survey is anonymous.

They tell certain BAU (business as usual) groups that there is no money for a bonus, then give millions away to the upper echelon.

They want to complete it as all strongly agree with them so they can get the best score. However if you said anything bad in VOE, you are punished. So if you do not submit, they are not happy either. There ‘ s no choice if you want to keep your job. Is this Voice of employee ?

I like the meme that said “I said I can work under pressure. I never said I’d die for your company”.

Overall response was a lot lower this year....hmmmm.
I gave low marks and let them have it in the comment section, as did others on my team.
One of the best things I heard one of my co-workers wrote "Jane has lost the support of this commoner by making those of us with no local teams come back into the office".

Such a fuss over it. Every day, managers asking to complete it. My manager found out I didn't do it. Ooooohhhh!! 🙄

They can tell what department you are in, which team, and your level, so it's not that hard to figure out who you are, especially if you write info in the blank fields. Managers are pretty familiar with the written communication skills (or lackthereof) of their team.

It personally felt great to convey all my worries and concerns with complete candor under the 100% assurance that my submission was completely anonymous with no possibility of retaliation whatsoever.
