In terms of P66 personnel after it is all done? In other words, what is your guess in total losses in percentage terms? 5% reduction?

I'm guessing 10%, based totally on the budget reductions I'm seeing in the different departments I interface with. Granted a total WAG, my guess is some groups are hit a lot worse than others. Like, I'd expect refinery project groups to be hit pretty hard based on their announced central refinery project group, maybe more IT centralization/outsourcing?
Long story short, wait a couple weeks and we'll all know...
