A hiring freeze doesn't mean you can't fill positions you already had open recs for. It means no new recs and is a normal thing this time of year.
My department hires females that are not white.
Onboarding classes are full every two week, people are bring hired.

If the entire company is in an enterprise wide hiring freeze, I'm curious, why does our department publish WEEKLY open positions for Career Mobility/Open Requisitions - with on average at least 30 open positions in USA (69%), Philippines (17%) and India (14%). Yes, I'm seeing an increasing trend for off-shore hiring.
