Instead of hiring legitimate CEOs they hired Jim Mcnerney and his cohorts who are basically corporate raiders who wanted to invest nothing in the business and spend all profits on stock buybacks, for the personal wealth.

You see the results Boeing has nothing to compete with the airbus A321. The move of the 787 program to South Carolina to avoid paying higher salaries in the pacific Northwest was a disaster they did not deliver a 787 for over a year.

The triple 777X has certification problems. The FAA no longer trusts Boeing or gives them some leniency.

A ponzi scheme would require new investors to keep the illusion going.... I think we're way past that.
