We had a DM put Apple trackers in reps cars because she was mentally ill. We all knew she was doing this but I’m curious if any one else knows any other DMs who were also engaged in spying ?

Don't ever...ever use your company computer for anything personal...even web surfing. Have a second computer (your personal computer) up at the same time and do all non-work stuff on it.
I was arrogant enough to use a company computer and send basic, innocuous emails from my work account. Big mistake.
They almost certainly use programs that crawl email looking for keywords. I doubt if they have team monitoring 24-7 but when they decide its time for you to go, they read everything to build the case.
I remember hearing about this, I think it was out west somewhere like Colorado or Utah.

Oh. 100 percent they read your email. That’s not a guess. Especially if they want to get rid of you.
Why would anyone at cengage want to read private emails or listen to private phone conversations? it’s not like we’re trading top secret information. How could anyone listen to your phone conversations from cengage ? This is nuts
I know, when possible, they listen to personal calls and read your personal emails. I have had personal situations come in conversations that I didn't share with anyone in the office and especially not her.
Does anyone know cengage policy on employee spying? If this is true, this is really really bad.
If true that is just stunning but not surprising. Cengage is dead and some people just can’t move on.
